Bridgette A. Bentley, better known as “Bridgette B”, began her illustrious musical journey singing in church, inspired by her evangelist mother’s powerful messages. Her early experiences in local musicals productions provided her with the foundation to join the world-renowned Oprah Winfrey’s The Color Purple National Tour. It was during this tour that Bridgette discovered her passion not just for performing but also for producing concerts and musicals.

One of her most notable performances was as a featured artist in “The Glory of Christmas” at the Crystal Cathedral in Anaheim, California—a grand theatrical stage production that captivated thousands of viewers during the holiday season. In addition, Bridgette’s television credits include being a featured guest on the UPN networks sitcoms “The Parkers & Girlfriends”.

In 2012, Bridgette took a bold step by founding her own entertainment production company, B Ready Production. Her debut concert, held at the 10,000-seat Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, California, featured special guests Fred Hammond, Kierra Sheard, and Martha Munizzi. This event marked the beginning of Bridgette's journey as a producer, where she has since orchestrated numerous concerts featuring celebrated artists such as Kirk Franklin, CeCe Winans, Yolanda Adams, Kim Burrell, Mary Mary, and Israel Houghton.  

Bridgette's expertise extends beyond the stage; she has served as a production manager for multiple large-scale productions with budgets exceeding $500,000

With over 30 years of experience in Corporate Program Operations and Executive Administrative leadership, Bridgette has expertly managed numerous business projects for major companies, leading teams ranging from 50 to 200 employees. Her unique combination of musical talent and administrative acumen has allowed her to steer B Ready Productions with unparalleled excellence, establishing her as a driving force in the industry.
